Promotion!

Jason just got a promotion at work! He will now be a producer of a different studio. This is something that he has wanted for a long time, he just needed to get school, years of experience and apparently patience under his belt before the opportunity would come along, and we are so grateful that it has.

Snack Time!

Gwen just loves playing with dishes and pretending to feed her stuffed animals. She also likes to feed everyone in the family if we let her.

Here she is feeding her bear, that Jason brought back for her from London, a nice snack of popcorn. This is what we do when Noah is at preschool.

Preschool!

Noah was very excited to start his new preschool this year, Mini Monkey's Preschool in Syracuse. I had to practically force him to stop and let me take some pictures.

He was so excited to wear his new "Transformers" backpack to school. He has gone for two weeks now and is still loving it!

He also has two of his good friends in the ward that go to the same preschool as him, Daphne and Teagan. It has been nice for us Moms to be able to carpool and get some time off.

Pineview

A Few weeks ago we went up to Pineview Reservoir to let the kids play on the beach & water. They all had a wonderful time, although my kids were a little hesitant to go further than they could touch.

Noah got a little hungry with all the playing.

Oh! So much fun!

Sound of Music the brighten your day!

So I found this posted on a friends blog and it totally made me smile. You may want to right click on the video to watch it directly from You Tube. Or watch it on my blog, but you will want to pause my music player @ the bottom first. Turns out, this was actually a staged event to advertise a show on BBC searching for a new "Maria", but seeing all these people of different ages and backgrounds spontaneously dancing in the middle of a train station just made me feel better about the world we live in! :) Oh, and give it until the end-it is worth it!

Merry-Go-Round

Outside of the Smith's by our house there is a Merry-Go-Round that only cost $0.25 to ride and it goes for quite a while. Well Noah brought some of his money and they got to ride a few times. So cute!
